Every style is developed, fitted, and finished within a short walk of our boutique. Keeping the work close lets us make fewer pieces and know each one properly.

Born at the table

Mara Vey founded Veyra in 2019 after twelve years cutting patterns for larger houses in Paris and Antwerp. The first collection contained one coat, one trouser, and two dresses. The method has not changed much since.

A line earns its place through repeated fittings, not a seasonal theme. The studio works directly with small mills, cutters, and finishers who can answer a question without a chain of intermediaries.

Four hands on every piece

Pattern & toile

Every style starts at full scale on paper. Calico then tests balance, reach, and volume through repeated fittings.

Cut

Cloth is rested, matched, and cut in small lays to preserve grain and reduce avoidable waste.

Finish

Buttonholes, hems, linings, and final pressing are checked by the same team that made the sample.
